Look 4 Cover is a leading UK insurance broker.

Due to this Look 4 Cover holds customer information within our offices and are stored on a secure server system.

We store the following information;

Customer Names, address, contact details, email address and policy information.

This information is obtained over the telephone.

We only collect information that is necessary to carry out the purposes listed within this policy. We will only ever use your data with your consent, or where it is necessary in order to:

We back up our data daily and it is stored securely for security reasons and loss prevention purposes, furthermore this information can only be used by our company and our principle company. Please bear in mind we use data in relation to you to enable general trading with you and for general correspondence with you. This data will be kept within the Look 4 Cover and the Everyday Group and this will never be shared with outside parties unless we have received written consent from you. The IT system is protected by internal firewalls and anti-virus software. Software updates and associated security patches are uploaded promptly to ensure our system is optimised and at all times.
