Look 4 Cover is a leading UK insurance broker.

Due to this Look 4 Cover holds customer information within our offices and are stored on a secure server system.

We store the following information;

Customer Names, address, contact details, email address and policy information.

This information is obtained over the telephone.

We only collect information that is necessary to carry out the purposes listed within this policy. We will only ever use your data with your consent, or where it is necessary in order to:

  • Enter into, or perform, a contract with you.
  • comply with a legal duty
  • protect your vital interests
  • for our own (or the principle companies) lawful interests provided your rights do not override these. In any event, we will only use your information for the purpose or purposes it was collected for or closely related purposes).

We back up our data daily and it is stored securely for security reasons and loss prevention purposes, furthermore this information can only be used by our company and our principle company. Our computing network is constantly monitored for viruses and access is limited to employees only with appropriate access levels granted within.

Please bear in mind we use data in relation to you to enable general trading with you and for general correspondence with you. This data will be kept within the Look 4 Cover and the Everyday Group and this will never be shared with outside parties unless we have received written consent from you. The only exception to this would be in response to a formal request for information by a law enforcement agency or a regulatory compliance body as detailed in the disclosure of information section.

The IT system is protected by internal firewalls and anti-virus software. Software updates and associated security patches are uploaded promptly to ensure our system is optimised and at all times.

Look 4 Cover do not send out any marketing material, we only correspond with our customers in regards to the policy they have taken out or intend to take out.

If you decide you do not wish to receive any correspondence from us, you can opt out by emailing info@look4cover.com with your concerns and all your data will be reviewed and ultimately deleted from our database.
